From day one, surrounded by nearly total devastation, including both her Sanibel office and across-island home, owner/manager Sharon Michie has displayed the highest level of professionalism. First, by promptly establishing communications with her clients and providing welcome assurance that business details would continue to be managed expeditiously. And second, by making good on that pledge, including the timely issuance of refunds wherever necessary.
