"Went to book an estimate online on Saturday and got a call within 5 minutes for a estimate on Father's Day on Sunday. Got a call at 9:00 saying that they were going to be an hour late so we rescheduled as we had plans for Father's Day for Monday at 9:00. It's 9:43 they have not called or showed up all other contractors arrived early or on time will be going with another contractor who respects our time and offers communication."
"Horrible experience. Started out fine enough but after initial service, things went downhill. For starters, I never got the itemized receipt I requested. Second, they were supposed to come back and lay down sod where they had dug up my lawn. They never did. I repeatedly texted them and they were either non responsive or full of excuses. The sprinkler zones they had initially wired backwards stopped working. They agreed to come to fix it and did not. One excuse after another. I filed a complaint with Angi hoping that would encourage them to come but they don’t care. They are dishonest and don’t stand by their work. Avoid them. You have been warned. To Nick the Owner: You are saying that the reason why zones 3 and 9 failed to turn on after you had completed my repairs was because of my app? What you said doesn't even make sense. My App has nothing, nothing do with the physical operation of the irrigation other than being able to remotely manage and monitor the controller box. It is not the cause of my irrigation zones working properly for a couple cycles and then failing to work. You wired my zones backwards and then you rewired them and the fix did not hold. That is what happened. I know this because I got another contractor to come out and take a look. I expected you to stand by your work and make it right. That is the bare minimum anyone should expect from a contractor they hire. Which is why I don't understand your refusal to come out and fix other than you got my money and don't care."
