"Horrible! I took my car in on 7/24/23 because the my car was shaking. I got my tires rotated and balanced. That didn't fix the issue. I took my car to express oil and within a few minutes they told me I had an air bubble and exposed wires on one of my tires. I bought brand new tires 2 years ago from Walmart and was told that i have free balance and rotation. They didnt have record of that. So then I spent $70 for a balance and rotation. You would think they would inspect the tire as well. As a mom of 3 I like my car to be safe and have no issues. I will never take my car to Walmart auto center ever again."
"I pulled up and I immediately saw a team of representatives outside smoking on the bench. I walked inside to the desk and waited 10 minutes before one of them came inside to “help”. With a hour and a half left before closing they told me they weren’t taking oil changes anymore for the day."
