"I am a snowbird and found I had a nail in my truck tire. Brought it to the Navarre GoodYear dealer. Larry listened to my issue and said we will be more than happy to take a look. After about 20 minutes a service member came out and showed me a small nail which he had removed. It was approximately 1/2 inch long. Said he removed the nail but it did not enter the inside of the tire. Said, everything was good. When I went to settle with Larry, he said there will not be a charge, just glad everything worked out. I thanked him and asked him for a business card. The service invoice had a charge for 24.00. He could have charged me that price for the time period his service member worked on my vehicle, but did not. He said, we try to be as honest as we can here. We may not be the cheapest, but we won’t overcharge you for it either. Highly recommend the dealer. I know if I need anything, I’ll be back."

"We experienced a blowout on our RV driving to Pensacola Beach. We researched tires and found the Goodyear Endurance to be the replacement tires we needed. David was great in reserving four and setting an appointment for the day of our departure. We received excellent customer service from David, Larry, and Caleb! They each showed exceptional service to all the customers they encountered. I was very impressed with David and how he seemed to know each customer by name. Even our pugs received loving from Larry! We highly recommend this location! And Caleb, Geaux Tigers!"

"I was leaving town and found my front tire losing air quickly (Pilot Super Sports) and added 35lbs. Firestone was too busy…drive to Goodyear. They were also full but interested in getting a new client. Larry (Rock Star) got me in the queue and even added a full synthetic oil change. We build custom cars in PA and demand great service…this is great service! I would 100% recommended this Goodyear. Thank you!"
