"I had a water leak on my water heater pipes. I called Navarre Handyman Services on Thurs 7/15 and spoke to Nick. Told Nick what my issue was and that I would like a quote on repairing the damages. Nick showed up the following morning (Friday) gave me a quote which was a very fair price. I called him back and asked him how soon he could start. He managed to fit me in on his busy schedule on Monday 7/19 because he knew I had a water leak and was able to fix my leak that same day and at the same time saved me a good amount of money. Nick even came back that evening even thou it was pouring rain because he forgot to switch on the power to the water heater from the panel box which I thought was very considerate and professional on his part. He did not leave me hanging. Thank you Nick for your outstanding customer service and a job well done. I am indeed a very happy and satisfied customer and I recommend Navarre Handyman services to anyone needing any maintenance or work done around your home."
"Nick was so helpful and completely honest. We have a rental property and our brand new water heater was not working correctly. Not only did he figure out what was wrong, he was helpful with the manufacturer to see what was covered under warranty to lower our cost. He also came back out the next day because we were having AC issues as well. Very responsive and respectful. He is very pleasant to work with and we would highly recommend him to anyone. We will call him first for all of our maintenance issues."
