"IIf you plan to move here, the very best thing is Marisol Escobar who works in the office. She’s the most efficient , dedicated person who I’ve ever met that has worked for management in the years that I’ve been here. She is the one to get your needs met when something is gone wrong. She has helped many tenants by making their experience at Luna both positive and pleasant including myself. She looks out for the tenants and does her job above and beyond. She’s the best thing that’s happened to Luna. I’m giving Luna 5 stars for Marisol."

"I wish I can give negative 5 stars. This place has rats, roaches, good luck if you need something fixed. Office manager could care less. They only care about the outside of the apartments. Cracks in ceiling, water leaking from ceiling and all the old pipes in the building. My refrigerator broke 3 months ago, I’m still waiting for someone to replace it. I’ve had a leak in my apartment for over a year, took them 5 months to fix it and it’s still leaking, they removed my bathroom sink 3 weeks ago and have yet to replace it."

"Rat, Roach, and Mold INFESTED. The water is dirty from time to time, there is no parking for guests and barely any parking for residents(they tow FREQUENTLY), the pool has never been open, maintenance is constantly quitting, the washer and dryers are constantly malfunctioning thus still charging your account per wash, but the WORST of all things is easily the management. By far the most disrespectful property management I have not only experienced personally but also, have ever heard of. Nothing gets taken care of or fixed when promised and everything is either dismissed as your own problem or delayed time and time again. Luckily I can not post videos here or you would truly see just how bad it is. Like much of South Florida they have raised the rent considerably and it is NOT worth it. Realtors DO NOT show. Renters DO NOT rent here. Embarrassing."

"My fiance and I have lived at Luna for almost a year and when we moved it in I'll be honest it wasn't in the best condition. It looked kinda raggedy and broke down, the elevators never worked, the garbage was always backed up, we had some roach problems, it always smelled like weed, and there's no parking. Back then there was a manager named Stan and he was horrible. Now new management came in and they have tried to make thing better but bringing in pest control every month to spray the buildings, they are renovating the apartment in a nicer fashion, they have gotten rid of most the crimanals and drug dealers/ users so it doesn't smell like weed any more, the garbage gets backed up sometimes but it's not because the dumpster get full and there's no pick up, it's because the residents are dirty and just leave there garbage bags on the ground by the trash shute or next to dumpster like as if it's to much to actually place it inside. The parking situation does suck but they are working to try and improce that even tho we have never had an issue cause we only have one car. The office has been very helpful in helping us to upgrade and be more comfortable . Quiete honestly after the old management left and new management came in I have not had any issues or probelms here . I believe it's a decent place for the price .I recommend it to people I know all the time . If my puppies and my fiance are happy then I'm happy and that's all that matters and I care about ."

"This place is disgusting. There were roaches and even mice in most of the units. The new management is even worse than the ones before! I kept my apartment squeeky clean yet found huge bugs in my kitchen daily and even in my room. My 2 yr old slip and fell and hit her head in some water that was left after the floor was mopped. No cautious or wet signs in sight! and to try to pacify the situation the landlord bought my daughter a toy because she felt "bad". You only get 1 parking spot and sometimes people park in your spot and you have to call the tow truck yourself and wait over an hour to get your spot! I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!!!"
