"It has been a great 9 years at Crystal Lake Apartments, Building #7. Every staff member has always been very cordial, friendly and professional with me and my boys. The maintenance crew always responded quickly if I had any minor issues and my apartment never had bugs due to them keeping a constant schedule of pest control. The rent is very reasonable, it's gated and there are stores like Walmart, Publix and BJs close by. I always felt safe coming home at any hour of the night because they have camaras and a security guard that walks around checking all areas. Cynthia, thank you for being a great manager and keeping Crystal Lake Apartments a safe and beautiful place to live."

Always clean, organized and safe.The residents are polite, and the maintenance staff are very professional, The Manager is amazing and Frank is very respectful and helpful at all the times. If you need any help he will go above and beyond on costumer satisfaction. In the other hand is Erika who is the worst. No respect to no body, I never met such a rude person before and she act like she own the place. We complained about her behavior many times. I don’t think she deserve working here. Any way, if you need any help ask for Frank, he is the best."

"Unprofessional Management Inc. is the best way to describe this company. Worse property management company I’ve ever experienced. The Manager is very unprofessional and discriminatory especially towards African Americans. I’ve been harassed and treated with disrespect since the day I moved into my unit by the Property Manager Christina Paige. The Property Manager Christina Paige raises her voice, throws tantrums, makes threats and will even hang up on you if she doesn’t feel like doing her job. Work orders take months to be acknowledged and is never fully completed. They refuse to replace broken 7 year old appliances or make any recommendations for unit updates. I’m sorry but I guess I’m expecting too much from a management company that’s paid to “Manage”. I’m praying for the day I’m able to close on my new home. Being a resident of a PMI horribly managed property has been a total nightmare. And good luck trying to resolve any issues through email or contact anyone from the company with a grievance, the receptionist is told not to release email addresses to residents."
