"It was a brief visit looking for information about Housing and requirements to qualify for section 8. Customer service experience wise...well! It was ok , not small talking going straight to the point and provided information exclusively for the questions you asked for. On the other hand the place looks clean and nice well organized and not overcrowded balconies. Unfortunately the waiting list is closed. I like this place!!!"

"Both Alexa and Lourdes are proficient in managing this building. Very helpful with all my concerns. We had our Christmas party that was a lot of fun. Residents danced and great food. Thanks to our director, Lourdes for such a pleasant evening."
"Waited 30 mins for someone to pick up or buzz me in (a few months ago). The building outside looks nice but as soon as you turn the corner....you're in the ghetto. This neighbor is definitely not for me anyway. The corner store is ghetto with filth as well. You've been warned... It's gross outside too :/"
