"Few tricky things listed below happened to me when I decided to break my lease because I bought a house.. - Never choose to keep paying rent until the apartment is rented out.. They won’t rent it for you.. or they may shift online applicant to other units.. despite seeing their low inventory (avg 1-4 available units in the whole community) and high turn around among other units.. my unit was not never rented for 4 months.. three tenants applied, but they rejected all of them or shifted them to other units.. Once my lease ended, the apartment is rented on the next day and removed from online portal. - Verbal trick: they tell you if you provide a notice to vacate and turn back the key in less than a month, you pay a minimum of one month of rent starting from the notice date which was fine with me.. In reality, they charge you an amount equal to one month of rent as a FEE IN ADDITION to the rent amount (you pay double rent). they also has a paragraph in the lease which says verbal discussion/agreement is not binding.. - They listed the early move out paragraphs in the lease agreement in 3-4 different location apart from each other, so you never understand them together.. once you speak to them, they trick you as above.. I suggested to them the below to be more transparent with tenants; - Combine the early move out fees in one paragraph in the lease.. - Exercise a good faith in attempt to rent the vacant apartments. - If they want to charge for insufficient notice fee, to write that clearly on the notice to vacate, use a fixed amount instead of tricking people with the word “rent” and not to use verbal tricks.. Usually You know your landlord when you leave your apartment.. as long as keep paying, they are happy"

"Living in this community has been an absolute dream! The office staff is courteous and knowledgeable; always available to assist with things that arise. The maintenance team is top notch too. For example, Charlie made a suggestion for a delivery I was expecting - it’s not even in his wheelhouse but his suggestion was spot on and he even helped me get it home. Every experience with the maintenance crew has been timely and amazing. This is the place to live! I loved living here."

"Be sure to understand what their qualification requirements are before wasting $100 on the application fee. I applied for an apartment and was denied without a reason. I’ve called and emailed several times requesting an adverse action letter but haven’t received a response. I was able to rent in a nicer community with no issues, so I’m not sure what they base their criteria on."

"Super smooth move in process, literally moved in about 5 days. Janet from the office has been nothing but a sweetheart and i believe Diana as well. Being a new resident I’ve had so many questions and they have never been rude or dismissive of any concerns i may have had. I also would like to add that my work order got addressed in less than 24 hours which is insane. The apartments are so clean and spacious, would recommend this place to anyone."

"I just moved out after a year and a half here. The staff is amazing from leasing office to maintenance. They really do care about their residents and have always been there to answer any questions I had. Deanna did my move-in process and assisted along with Ellie for my transfer to a bigger unit. No matter who you speak to at the leasing office, they’re knowledgeable and quick to assist. I will definitely miss this place, if you’re looking to move I highly recommend this community."
