"My deposit “to be returned” is “still coming”? After 6 wks. Put it on your credit card, not a check. Hopefully it will still be coming. You will hear- “I’ve been doing this for over 35 yrs many times.” The place is beautiful. Nice views and great pool. Short walk to the beach. The restaurant, very good. But beware of the management. I would rent from an owner."

"Go through a home owner if you want to rent here. The rental office doesn't truly care about your experience, they just want your money. The home owners have more compassion and understanding and can address your issue should one occur. We went last summer for the whole summer. It was located nicely but it had issues and was ran unprofessionally. The bushes were growing wild everywhere including the sidewalk, nobody could walk along the sidewalk without being stung by a wasp or something. The gate entrance to the tennis court had bushes growing so thick that we could barely open the gate to get in and play tennis and it also had wasp nests everywhere, my son was stung about 5 times and my daughter and wife was chased down by wasps. I told Peter many times at the front office. He never offered an apology, he laughed a little bit, I was shocked. He said that he would handle it, the whole summer went by, about 3 months, nothing was done, it got worse. Finally he got some guy to go and remove it but he got stung too. The nest remained, I killed a lot of the wasps myself with a tennis racket. I complained to Peter at Jupiter Bay Resorts and the HOA office, nothing was done. Reminder, I never received an apology or compensation for all of the inconvenience. A resort is suppose to be very nice and tidy and responsive to a customers issue, nope, not this place. Go somewhere else folks, you can do better. Many blessings!"

"The food was fresh and delicious. All 4 of us enjoyed our meals and the portions were large. The service was great too!"

"Stayed late March 2018 in unit East 107. The photos should say it all. What this place needs is a weekend of PROFESSIONAL TLC. Not the 25 dollar Home Depot run the senseless, penny pinching homeowner does. Professional $1000-1500 handyman work. Serious cleaning, painting, caulking etc. When homeowners decide to do projects like this and are not very good at handyman work this is the result. Do yourself a favor and hire professionals. I mean I fixed the front door lock. Light bulbs out and what drives me nuts is the 1 LED bulb and a 40w soft light bulb next to it! I gave 2 stars because this management company. They may have other units a lot nicer. However, they should be inspecting these. I'm going to assume they do their job and report to the owner of the repairs and maintenance needed. I'm then going to assume the owners said no because they are too cheap and don't care. The management company should then end their relationship because it does not meet their standards. The bathroom ventilation fans do not work! Wake up people without removing the moisture from a shower causes a bigger problem like MOLD! Now, on to the condo and it's "Fully Furnished". We traveled from MN. 2 adults 4 children. Lots of bags, luggage etc. We arrived and soon realized there is no essentials provided like: napkins, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, salt, pepper, pizza cutter, iron, blow dryer, towels (there were 2. 1 for each bathroom), TOILET PAPER, beach chairs, beach toys, beach bag just to name a few. So what I'm saying is add 400. to your budget because you must go on a huge Target run. Every other place I have stayed always had these items. This was bare bones. I mean should we have to pack garbage bags and light bulbs?? The "4 minute walk to the beach" is a complete, boldface, deceptive, misleading, misrepresentation! If you follow their "Instructions" you walk up the long driveway of the luxurious, gorgeous Jupiter Beach Resort and Spa. You walk right by about 10 employees that look at you like, your not supposed to be here look. That is because your not! As you approach the gated, secured gate to the beach the sign clearly states "For Jupiter Beach Guests Only". We were not and just got lucky someone was walking out and held the gate open for us. We get down to the PRIVATE beach we have no business on and walk by all the people in the resort's beautiful chairs and umbrellas being waited on by servers. We take the 15 minute walk and get to the public area and realize we don't have towels or chairs to sit on. The "Great Cafe" the management company touted was closed. I timed the walk back to the condo. We walked on a road NOT INTENDED TO BE WALKED ON! It was dangerous! Cars flying by around curves no sidewalk! 23 minutes we made it back to the condo. This condo is NOT KID FRIENDLY! The main pool area has a reverend feel to it. Almost quiet like a library. The avg age at the pool is 75. 75 year olds already raised kids and get annoyed with kids energy and zest for life. I mean a canon ball is out of the question at the pool. The gorgeous restaurant attached to the main pool is closed. I was told the owner and the association are not getting along. It's a shame because there are 30-40 people out there everyday all day. The area of Jupiter is flawless! Airport, a half hour away. A perfect 18 hole par 3 is a 2 minute drive. Shopping, restaurants, car show, entertainment is all within 3-7 minutes away!"

"One of the most distressing and costly vacations in my 75 years of travel. A total lack of communications on the part of management. No package, or keys to tennis, and pool. No automobile sticker given to prove residence until I was given a written warning due to lack of same. Unable to gain access to pool, until key provided. Upon entering unit, It was observed that there were just hanging light bulbs in two ceiling fixtures, missing knobs from the cabinets with sharp screw points sticking out to scratch you as you passed, no sink or tub stoppers, no two glasses match, no matching table service, a mix of old dirty pots, and pans, and two drawers full of throwaway quality kitchen tools.and Broken knives that were duller than a round rock! The washer dryer provided is a stack unit and after several attempts to dry a few pair of underwear, and two golf shirts which took 2 cycles to get NEARLY DRY, I called and asked that it be looked at. An appliance service rep. appeared to inspect it, and claimed nothing was wrong, except that the door seem to have an issue. Shortly there after I was accosted by the mother of the owner who lives on site. She told me I owe her $50.00 for the repair call. When I protested, she said, never come back again! They play up the fact that there is a quality restaurant of site overlooking the pool, when it fact, it had been deserted for some time. Now that said, let me tell you that this area is one of the most convienient locations in all of Palm Beach County. Easy access to every thing you want, or need. The people who own, and live there are a lovely quality bunch of folks, who are very welcoming to all. The Staff once you get to know them can be nice, IF THEY WANT TOO. The general manager is more bark than bite. I just wished he were as helpful when I checked in as when I checked out. I would consider going back, but with assurances and not to the same unit as I had. Got a great tan during my stay."
