"You keep saying the same thing to every bad review. Talk is cheap and Im just warning anyone who is even thinking of renting here to stay away. Your apartments are outdated and way overpriced and stuff breaks all of the time. We as renters are done with empty promises. 6 months left to move out : )"

"Rented an apartment in this complex for a little over 4 years. Watched them go from Jupiter Isle to the Marino. Marino management is kind, understanding, timely, and sweet. They’re renovating the whole complex piece by piece, and it’s definitely being upgraded. Prices are a bit steep for what you’re getting, but hey, that’s the market nowadays in Jupiter FL. Overall, solid experience, and they never did wrong by me (aside from outrageous month to month pricing). 8/10 would recommend"

"I moved here about a month ago and overall love the community. It is quiet and the grounds, common areas are well maintained. The units are old and yes in reference to another post my floors are not even. New management has made some cosmetic improvements (for example, painting the cabinets, updated tile and countertops). I was a little disappointed on move in as the unit was not clean and there were nails and screws around the perimeter of the rooms. There have been a few concerns since I moved in however Kathelin in the office has been on top of all the concerns and maintenance requests I had. She exceeded my expectations and was by far more professional and caring than any of the other communities I toured. I hope to continue living here for the next few years as long as they don’t have some ridiculous rent increase."

"Here is what you will not discover until you move in and are stuck in a lease and have paid moving costs already. This an old property that was covered in lipstick to hide some serious issues lurking behind the walls. The floors are literally uneven and have sections where they recess. You can place a marble on the floor without any pressure and it will roll down the grooves underneath the cheap vinyl. You will not be able to filter out the apartment enough to remove the scent of old mustiness. I have two air filters that cover 1500 sqft each working 24/7, along with a humidifier to help regulate the moisture. I have not been able to reduce the humidity levels down to anything below 48% while the air conditioning is running at 73 degrees. The pictures of the care of this property is evident that this company renovation team and policies are not meant to fix any serious issues beyond cosmetics. Make sure your vents are vacuumed/disinfected. I had a third party come out and inspect this property and they found high amount of dust mites in the vent. The lint is coming out of the air dryer vents which is a fire hazard. The highest vacancy in Jupiter for a reason, they are very overpriced with the quality of these units. It's not worth your health or safety. UPS will not drop off any packages without a signature. I never had this problem with other areas in Jupiter, but due to the high theft in this complex. Also there was a a shooting here in August, attempted murder."

"Updated 7/23/23: I moved out, however a life curveball brought me back to the Marino needing a quick apartment find. Kathelin greeted me upon arrival and found me the perfect unit! I am now in a renovated unit with impact windows and doors. The apartment is absolutely darling. She went above and beyond for me by getting me approved in less than 24 hours. Kathelin is so nice and personable and made every effort to be as accommodating as possible. Hands down the best rental experience I have ever had. As a tenant that left due to disappointments with a management transition, I can say that I am very happy to be back. Rent prices have leveled out. There are move in promotions. It’s very apparent they have been working hard to make their tenants happy under new management. Undated 8/22/22: Lowered from 5 stars. New management (again) and name change since my last review and the quality of the neighborhood has gone downhill. The residents are still awesome but the grounds are now very poorly maintained. Dead grass, destroyed shrubbery, palms in desperate need of trimming, sand and dirt where there should be mulch, and I find alcohol containers in the grass every week. Everyone’s rent was increased $500/month and we are paying $2k+ monthly for a community that looks worse than ever. The trash service is hit and miss; mostly miss these days. I can guarantee this will be the last year here for most of us. We want to love it here but Management breezes over our complaints with little to no improvement. I’ll update this review again if something changes. Going into our second year living here and we love it! Nice, quiet, safe community. We are fortunate to also have great neighbors. New ownership has really done great things with the community. The office staff is attentive and helpful, the maintenance crew is super friendly and quick to respond. We really love living here"
