"This place is wonderful, the whole staff are amazing. They are all nice when it comes to checking in. They are always happy when coming in and out of the rooms. High cuddos to the housekeeping department. They were lovely Christina and Juliana made my rooms with making my room spotless. When requesting new towels, they were quick and provided some extra towels on their behalf. Breakfast is also fantastic so thank you Haydee. This is the ONLYYYYY fairfield with a such variety and tasty meal. They have more than different options. Better than IHOP in my opinion. When asking for management to thank the front desk I spoke to both Beverly and Jay about how amazing staff they have. Erick was the best when it comes to checking me in and Mark was also helpful with all my questions. The girl Anili (don’t know how to spell her name) was so nice and was able to sign up with Marriott bon voyage and told me about some cool perks. Honest best experience!"

"Pros: Location quiet and very conveniently located. Staff at front desk was excellent. Special recognition of Say (front desk) whose smile and warm welcoming personality (while working on Christmas Day) was really appreciated. Also, thank you to the lady providing food services. Conscientious and pleasant. Wide variety of food available for breakfast, far better than most in this price range Cons: Maintenance. This is an older hotel that is really showing signs of wear and tear. I imagine/hope that renovation is being planned for the near future. In the meantime, several items need to be addressed. Fire alarm falling off the wall, old wall mount thermostat not working, moldy stain on window, main light in bathroom not working, exhaust fan not working. Bathroom dingy. Room had an unusually strong room deodorant/freshner smell when we first entered. We only stayed one night."

"There were several problems in the room, first, the AC smelled like mildew, I went to the maintenance room, and ran into Alberto, he came and looked at it, and said it was one of the original units, and that it needed to be replaced. He said he would come the next day to replace the unit. Then, I discovered the landline was not working, I mentioned that as well, and lastly, one of the faucets in the bathroom, vanity was leaking, I had wrapped washcloth. Alberto came to the rescue on all three items! He replaced the AC, now we have a new Amana one, which doesn’t smell at all! Then he also took care of the phone, and the handle on the vanity! Everything is now working well. And it is all thanks to Alberto and his eagerness to be of service to the clientele that stays at this hotel. Cues to Alberto! And I certainly hope he has a wonderful Christmas!"

"Nice place, but my room had a funny smell. I've stayed in many others Fairfield Inn, and this one is quite under the standards of the others I've been in. It's not a bad place, but it definitely needs to improve a couple of things."

"I don't like leaving bad reviews, I rarely do, but Marriott needs to step up their game! I always travel around the country in different hotels, and this is one of the worst experiences I ever had. The room smelled like mold or mildew, and it was so dated. I tried to block out the smell but had to leave after two nights. The front desk was accommodating; it was genuinely excellent customer service, and they canceled the remainder of my stay without penalty. The location was great and very convenient, and I hope they can resolve the problems at their hotel."
