"I live in one of these apartments, there are many times they complain to you about something you have in your yard, but my question is, what is a large pine branch doing hanging for a week? And no one fixes that and the most worrying thing is that there are children playing near that broken branch."

"Still have no gutters. Door doesn't sealed. You can see lots of light. Mold. In air vent. All up the wall. American and German cockroaches infestion. Fleas in the lawns. They kill the grass next to sidewalk. Be cautious not to trip or fall off. Roof eves open. From previous renter burning the building. Garbage dumps over flow. And my favorite. Neighbors that leave their trash next to there door. Repairs not done. Coming from a guest of tenants. Most expensive rent for 500 Sq feet of sinking building."
