"Run! Run! Run! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!! “She's there dictator and she will make sure her "people" are good but others have to live with the non sense she put the property through.” This is 100% spot on she allows her “people” to get away with certain things. They do not honor their lease and they make up rules every couple of months that are not even mentioned in the lease. The front desk staff, and Marlaina is very rude and disrespectful and don’t care. The apartments are not safe. There is mold EVERYWHERE, there are times when it rains the apartment floods, the closet roof has collapsed multiple times and have damage my property and they said there’s nothing that they can do and that I need to cover the damages myself. The cabinets and appliances are so outdated that they are coming apart, but management refuses to replace them. There are roaches and ants everywhere. They refuse to call a terminator and it doesn’t matter because the roaches from the other apartments will seep into your apartment. This is by far the worst apartment I have lived in, and would not recommend this company to anyone. The 5 stars are not from actually tenets but they are from management."

"I moved here about 6 months ago and it's my first apartment. the rent is a good price for the apartment. The backyard is always clean, they trim the grass regularly. my only complaint is that whatever maintenance is being requested probably won't be fulfilled. The neighborhood is great and quiet and everyone in the buildings are respectful."

"I live 6 years in this community. I love my home at Chateaux ! I love the community which is beautiful , modern and well cared for. I transitioned from a smaller apartment to a larger one with the help of Mariaelena. She is wonderful, professional and very kind. She made everything easy with her constant follow up. She reminded us of the things we forgot. A.G. properties and their team have done everything they promised. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful apartment with amenities in a great area."

"Decent location close to I-95 and downtown. Rent is average for the area. Felt safe, albeit the neighbors seemed kinda nosy for my taste. (Stayed at their Chateau Apartments building in Palm Springs, FL.) However, I would not recommend this property to a friend. The property itself is poorly maintained AND the building shows its age. The plumbing needs to be inspected/possibly replaced as the tap tastes slightly metallic. The manager must be super cheap on trash removal, as the single dumpster and recycling barrel were constantly overfilling and attracting all sorts of animals. The shared laundry room is also in need of love as half of the laundry facilities were broken for the past 4 months. Parking is extremely limited, with one spot per unit and about 4 guest spots total. However, good luck finding an open guest spot when they are always occupied by the same 4 cars, which I suspect are staying here with tenants violating the 1 spot rule of the lease. Several times I've had to ask people to clear my unit's spot as well. When they perform a general unit inspection, they come early in the morning and look through EVERYTHING. I have never stayed at an apartment before that went into my bedroom for a general inspection, so that felt like an unusual violation of privacy, plus the lady doing the inspection gave me an attitude when I hesitated to open the bedroom door for her. My advice is to find a roommate and live somewhere a lot better maintained for cheaper with a more professional property manager."
