Hampton Inn West Palm Beach-Lake Worth-Turnpike

"So I’m going to start off this review by saying that the only reason I’ve returned to this hotel is because of Luke and Meshall’s exceptional customer service. The main reason I will not be returning is because of Marcus Estoban. Since he refused for 2 days of my stay 01/21 & 01/22 to extend my checkout time by 1hr. I’m an evening shift registered nurse that gets off late and I’m usually too tired to make it home. So I stay over at whatever Hilton establishment is nearby. There’s one in Jupiter down the street from my job that gives me a time extension of 1pm because I get off work so late. But because of the top tier customer service I’ve received from Luke is what made me drive the extra 30 mins. Customer service is how you treat people & how you make them feel ."

"The hotel's wifi was down, and this included the TV. There was no urgency to fix the problem. On the other hand, the rooms and location were good for what we needed. Hotel was nice."

"Amazing service provided by all employees. Very good breakfast included with your stay. There is a Dunkin’ and a 7/11 at walking distance. Conveniently located right by the turnpike. Rooms are ok but need to be updated."

"We have been here two nights and it has been nothing but a pleasure. The rooms were the cleanest rooms I have stayed in. Everyone working here is so accommodating and just nice. You don’t get that anywhere anymore. We had a horrible flood in our home and staying here has defiantly kept us sane."
