"Writing an honest review. If you are looking for a *clean* place to stay TURN BACK AROUND. With that being said, I had nowhere else to go during an emergency evacuation from Hurricane Ian & this place not only accommodated me & my babies immediately, they had okay customer service. HOWEVER, this is one of the most disgusting places i have ever stayed & to charge $130 for this is ridiculous considering it was filthy, & the tv doesnt even work, & there is mold, cockroaches & god knows what else bc they literally do not clean the rooms. Smelled like they just sprayed air freshener in there & called it a day. I saw so many ppl saying “clean rooms” yea NOT TRUE. Again not bashing the customer service, but this is unacceptable conditions for the price, especially during a state emergency & they told my boyfriend they would raise the price the next day."

"I walked in and ask for a room for two nights, they said OK that's fine. I ended up paying, it was only 85 dollars total. I thought that was surprisingly cheap so I said again, "is this the total for two nights?". Again, they said yes. Next morning they're waking me up at checkout telling me I only got one. I said I got two. They showed me a receipt of me paying that just has random codes and numbers on it. Nothing even proves or states I only paid for one night so the receipt is irrelevant. The room itself was nasty and literally the toilet, sink, and shower were all clogged prior to us staying. I would have asked to change rooms, but considering it was late and I was supposed to be there for two nights like I initially asked I was going to wait for morning. They also ask for a 20 dollar deposit. So if you want to stay at a hotel with clogged drains and a nasty room for $105 then this is the one for you."
