"I’ve stayed here several times, never once had an inkling of a bad experience. The rooms are renovated and very nice, staff is friendly and helpful and location is great- centrally located near the beaches and shopping. Like this place so much, I intend to stay here again in the near future."
"Very nice rooms here! You definitely get the bang for your buck. Staff here is very respectful, polite, and willing to answer any questions you have. The owner is a really nice guy too as well. If you’re in Lantana, stay here it’s better than Motel 6 or any of your other big chain hotels."
"They kept $50 of the $100 deposit claiming it was because I had a dog with me. They never informed me of any fees for having a dog or asked to see any service animal paperwork. It's clearly a scam they pull to get extra money from unwitting customers. I"m not putting a vest on any dog in 90 degree weather. Please provide any document that I signed at check in where it states that your business charges $50 for pets or that your business requires service animal documentation at the time of check in. By waiting until people check out to charge them you are scamming them out of money. I have contactee the Better Business Bureau and the office of the Attorney General of Florida. We'll let them decide."
"Everything worked as agreed, the pool was well maintained, rooms clean and like new. Price/quality ratio superb. The neighborhood (or part of town) itself has a few rough edges but nothing seriously bad. If I visit the area again some day, I'd choose Sunny Palms Inn again. PS. Wifi was also good quality."
