"Yeah you can never reach the leasing office and I actually drove up there in person and they refused to serve me or answer my questions. Some customer service they have smh. Probably a good idea to look elsewhere as it appears they don’t want to help the average person, in-person lmaooooooo. Negative 7 stars out of 5 stars"
"Worst EVER!!! I give it a -5!!!! It is a nice community! But the Spanish people above me were so loud I can hear them through the walls. The bald headed dike Hatian Lady in the front office is rude and unprofessional all she do is have her gf in the office playing around. She stay on her ear piece chatting on the phone. The maintenance sucks he barely speaks English and don't understand much apartment was leaking water from the ceiling and through walls. They refused to do anything about it. They wouldn't even allow me to move into another unit! NASTY COMPANY!!!! The apartments are not built correctly at all, worms are always crawling under the door and dying half way into the apartment. I complained about that they said it is because of the fertilizer they use. REALLY!!! People are always moving the hell out of there! I'm glad I moved and I never looked back!!!! If you want professional assistance, prompt maintenance for what you pay for, an apartment that is built right that if you mop your floor the water isn't spilling on the other side of the wall onto the patio, or if you don't want worms crawling in your unit, and you want any cable company to come besides Directv!!!! RRRRRRUUUUUUUUUUUUUUNNNNNNNNNNNN!!!!!! Don't rent there at Palm Garden Apartments!!!!"
