"How is this place still allowed to be open ? There is a roach infestation problem that’s been prevalent for the last 10 years look at all of the reviews from residents the owner reads them all and posts the same generic response they are slumlords I have taken it upon myself to wright a letter to the inspector general as well as the Palm beach county tenant rights I just lost my mom and this has become my mission to have this owner held responsible for the deplorable conditions residents are enduring at this location the owner should be fined severely until this situation is rectified anyone wishing to join the class action against this slumlord feel free to contact me and I will forward your info to my attorney"
