"Since moving in to the Bohemian last fall, we absolutely LOVE it here!! Stephanie gave us a fabulous tour, answered all of our questions, and was one of the main reasons we decided to move here. You could tell that she really values her work and is very, VERY good at what she does! We were always greeted with her warm, contagious smile and she was consistently on top of anything we needed. From our perspective, it seemed like Stephanie was the one running the whole place, and she was GREAT at it!!! I’ve never met someone in this industry that’s as highly skilled and kind as she is. She’s top management and makes this place truly feel like home to us."

"Living here has been fantastic! We have an excellent gym and nice pool. The office and community space, with pool tables and games, create a vibrant atmosphere. Being close to Lake Ave's restaurants and stores is wonderfully convenient, and the 30-minute walk to the beach adds a touch of paradise to the routine. The office staff keeps everything clean and working efficiently. Stephanie in the office is friendly and incredibly helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"I love living here! The community is lively and everyone minds their own business… if you have any issues, the manger will do whatever she can to help you out! The community area is really nice and so is the pool. It’s near the beach and really close to downtown lake worth! Tons of yummy restaurants and night life."

"Terrible management. Never returns calls or emails, they just ignore you. The new front desk person is rude and unprofessional, you don't even get greeted by her. I've been leaving VMs and been sending multiple emails with 0 reply. Management has changed three times in the one year I lived there. So has multiple maintenance staff. Surrounding area is unsafe, and the garage worked properly maybe 2 weeks out of the 13 month lease I've had. It's constantly broken and gate is wide open for everyone to park, therefore leaves you with no parking and your car unsafe. I've also gotten two nails in my tire, due to the surrounding area being alleys. To this day, I am waiting to get the phone number for the corporate office or a reply for them for charging me a late fee and renters insurance without my approval. The pizza place never opened up either, remained a vacant business place the entire time. Meanwhile we got sold on having that at move in. Bohemian, you gave me no choice but to leave you a 0-1 star review! Do better."

"I’ve been living here for 2 months and love it so far. The building is brand new, well-maintained, and has great amenities. I love the cleanliness of the gym and ambiance of the resort-style pool. Shoutout to Stephanie and Lia for being such great concierges!"
