Village at Lake Osborne Apartments

"Had to lease through Village at Lake Worth, took over a month, with constantly contacting the office, to get everything set before being told our move-in date, and informed the date was moved...the evening before we were to pick up keys. When we finally got to move in a week later, we had to place several maintenance requests, clean neglected areas, as well as air out the strong smell of fresh paint. Gates are almost always broken, management won't do anything substantial for noise complaints (at least 8 complaints so far against one particular neighbor that won't control the noise and won't listen to us). Many neighbors smoke and let their pets roam, children tend to smack the metal railings on balconies and stair railings non-stop. Initially, we thought this would be a nice place to live. It feels like it gets worse by the month. This place is overpriced, loud with poor insulation to block out the noise, and poorly maintained overall. The quality of service we have received is poor as well. The only positive I have is easy access to the state park and the highway to escape from it all. 2/22/2022 Update: Under the sudden, rocky change from AHS to Rainey Property Management, this place went from horrible to a living hell with staff that appear constantly inconsistent with themselves for any information they give. The change in management companies was only announced a few days before rent was due, though a note in the door. Corporate does not answer phone calls/voice mails, local management has increased their general neglect of the place as they're never on-site. I could never recommend this place, they don't care nor seem interested in trying to pretend they care, and changes are extremely abrupt and last minute."

"I’ve been here for 6 months now and I absolutely LOVE living here! Karen at the front office is amazing! She is the reason I chose this neighborhood over others I was looking at. Great customer service and she genuinely cares for the residence. The apartments are beautiful with new appliances. The neighborhood is clean and I feel safe living here. I would definitely recommend!"

"I moved into this complex March of 2017 & I absolutely love it; currently in the process of renewing my lease for a second year! I live in a spacious 2 bed 2 bath on the second floor, that came equipped with beautiful granite countertops in the kitchen & both bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, & a high quality washer & dryer. The floors are a beautiful deep brown that accents the granite wonderfully, & the balcony offers a wonderful view of the pond; the balcony is large enough for a table, chairs, & outdoor decor. The ceilings are a nice height & the walls are sturdy enough to comfortably hang picture frames, shelves, etc. The bathroom floors & shower walls are a nice sandy colored tile that's easy to clean & is aesthetically pleasing. The apartment has sufficient air flow & the AC unit was our saving grace over the blazing summer months. Since the temperature has cooled off, the heat the unit provides is comfortable & welcomed. The complex provides a safe environment with the gated community being a highlight & the pool is the perfect place to cool off in the hotter months. The gym is the perfect size & offers just enough equipment to provide a multitude of exercise options. Our leasing agent, Karen, has been extremely helpful & has made living at Lake Osborn a breeze. She responds promptly to emails & returns any & all phone calls; always extremely polite & welcoming of questions."

"I am in my 30s and although I've lived in several complexes before, this was my first experience living in a unit as the only resident. The staff, specifically Karen Egbert made the entire process easy and I felt welcomed and extremely taken care of from the minute I walked through the door. I enjoy the location as it is safe with easy access to the park/lake along with stores, restaurants, and I95 for my work commute. I have had great experiences with neighbors and also enjoy the fact that the complex remains quiet. It is equipped with a pool and a gym which I hope to get to more! Most importantly I genuinely enjoy my apartment with all updated amenities and was pleasantly surprised at how spacious it is . Villages of lake Osborne has made my first living on my own experience a memorable one!"
