"Bad place to rent. In the first few hours I had my car locked up with a letter and a fine. They do that to every resident in the place. Don’t waste time and money on the property. And for the office. All you have to do is to stop this for happening in the first place. You figure it out."

"This community has been a decent place to live in but as of lately maintenance has been severely slacking when it comes to changing the poop stations trash bags. They are starting to go weeks on weeks without changing them which is making the community look super trashy because they get so full. This community is nice but it has had severe trash problem lately. Edit: Spoke to Ricky at the office who was very understanding of the issue and made notes to speak to the property manager and maintenance. I noticed that some of the poop stations got cleaned up. Hope to see a better trend to start when it comes to cleaning up the bags."

"Nice enough apartments but a completely incompetent and lazy leasing office. We wanted to renew our lease at the agreed upon rate but because the leasing office NEVER responds to emails we missed the date and were forced to pay the higher rate. This carries over to the proof of renters insurance as well. We were between policies for a few days and as soon as we got the new proof of insurance we sent it over asking for confirmation. 8 days go by no answer so I go in person and am told to email the exact same email address... This is all while they are charging us day to day to be on their "temp" policy. Borderline criminal, if you can avoid this dumpster you should, we certainly won't be renewing a second time unless some serious changes are made to the leasing staff. EDIT: I am going to leave my initial 1 star review as context but after leaving this review I was contacted by the leasing office and have had all of my issues fixed. While the issues should never have happened I want to give credit where credit is due and have amended my rating to 3 stars. Big thank you to Gina for reaching out and helping to resolve the problems."

"Absolutely disgusted apparently they paint over water damage… we reported that the roof was damaged several of times nothing was done mold surfaced through the walls causing the whole household to be sick the ppl above us stomps all day and night I’ve knocked on the door several of times been here 2 1/2 months the rent price is absurd for such conditions corporations has to do better how is this sub stainable bandaged problems is not it"
