"Most unprofessional office, apartments are disgusting, mold under the carpets and in the A/C. The only way to live without roaches and ants is to bomb the apartment yourself because the pest control is a joke. Half the time they don’t even show up. Maintenance comes and goes without leaving a note or asking permission first. Termites in the walls and they ignore our calls about them. The office NEVER gives maintainence any messages about repairs needed that are called in. The walls are so paper thin that you hear Everything going on everywhere. They don’t even respect their own “quiet hours” of 10-10 because they have the lawn service start at 8 am. Trust me. Find somewhere else"

"I am very disappointed in this place. My kid and I and my boyfriend have major health problems. This is due to the German cockroaches that keep flooding to the kitchen. I can't even keep food or snacks in the cabinets. My boyfriend can't even come over because he starts to wheeze and has asthma attacks due to the Cockroaches and mold. As a single mom I thought this place would benefit me. All it has done is cost me more money health-wise. Nothing is ever fixed around Here. I have continuously had to clean out the air ducts because of mold. The AC from upstairs leaked two years ago. They still have not replaced the ceiling which has peeled and fell down. Where the AC is located has been ripped apart and filled with mold which I had to spray over and again with bleach. When I first moved in here they steam cleaned the carpets. I haven't had anyone here in two and a half years. I have nothing but dirt in front of my door which every time it rains it goes into my house which my kid and my dog track into the carpet. Which caused more health problems. They don't even want to replace the light bulbs. Or anything else in this place. Yet they continue to raise my rent and my water bill when I'm minus one kid. I hear the mice rip out the walls every night. When I didn't have a washer they would come through the pipelines and into the house / apartment. So since I moved in they put in carpet which is very cheap over a dirty floor with clumps in it. The laminate floors are laid over the last ones with lumps on the floor that you can feel. The walls that they didn't paint with burgers all over it are disgusting n everywhere. Except the bathroom ceiling where they painted over the boogers. The blinds when I moved in were half missing. So anyone could see a single mom just moved in. Clipper Cove replaced them with one's difffernt size and different colors in the living room two days later.Tbe rest in the bedroom extremely dusty and black. AC unit with a coil that's never been cleaned black mold throughout the vents which I have documented everything. This made me and my kids sick for over 3 months before they came in and tried to have someone clean them and all they did was blow air through them period I cleaned them myself. They Raise my rent every year and yet they can't even replace the light bulbs out front for safety. I am more than angry and upset. I pay more than a lot of the residents here. When I first moved in they had people that didn't even or weren't even employed here come in a guy tried to replace my key and he got fired he wanted to rob me and succeeded. Not to mention I got robbed of Christmas gifts when I first moved in. I moved in with no microwave, a huge hole in the kitchen with the smell of pot coming in. I still smell it on most weekends. It gets so bad that I have to open up every window and door that opens. And most don't. Which is also another violation. They want to set rules and tell me they're going to put a fire alarm and check things on a quarterly basis which they haven't done since I've been here. They want to evict me if I'm not home and don't let them in. That's ridiculous. I paid to have my locks changed over 2 years ago. The maintenance guy put the lock on and didn't have a key. He went back and said he'd get a copy of it. He never brought it back. Just like they never fix anything in my place like they say they will. So I replaced the lock with a key so I can lock my place up. It cost me an additional $40 on top of what I paid them when I filed a police report and had a request put in and paid to have my locks changed. They run this place completely wrong. I have so many pictures of the mold and coackroaches documented every time they haven't been here and three years. This is not how to run a place. I guess I shouldn't expect much when they're taking money from the government"

"Not a bad place to live. They handle emergency maintenance problems fast. My only issue are the little ants that randomly come out of nowhere. Don't leave anything of value on the floor. Other than that there are shopping centers, a mall, gas station and restaurants all within walking distance. Scenery is nice, has two pools and nice grass with tennis and racquet/handball courts as well as laundry and helpful staff."
