"I called someone pretty much a woman about the units at Greencay. She tells me that these units are privately owned and so i ask in return do you know as to how i can get in contact with them or any information as to where i can locate the numbers. She seemed very impatient with me and just dismissed me. Talk about being a good human being. Folks these wont help you at all you can probably find maybe 5 out of 100 that will help you smh."

"Heritage Grande is anything BUT grand, if I could give no stars I would. This is not where you want to spend $2000 a month. How ridiculous that these condo owners even ask this for those dinky apt/condos! Esp when the townhouses are 10x better and right there for the same or less, what are they thinking?! Condo management and HOA does nothing!! The walls are paper thin and YOU HEAR EVERYTHING like others have said and NO ONE will do a thing about any complaints. IT'S EMOTIONAL TORTURE when your home is not a peaceful retreat but you have to run and leave just to get any quiet!!!! A noisy horribly managed mess! Once you are in, you are stuck. RUN!!!!!!"

"This place isn’t safe. Yes they check documentation when it comes to residents and felons are prohibited from taking residency but under lease legal terms, we aren’t allowed to call in the police. There aren’t any gates for the townhouses & village in general; therefore, it gives a criminal opportunity to just waltz in and the houses are unprotected. The apartments and condos do have gates, but the gates are always breaking and leaving space for many car to drive in and out without codes. I wouldn’t recommend living here because , if you’re serious about safety, we aren’t safe here as in terms of calling the police and we aren’t a gated community and the town houses are open to criminal activity. It’s a shame that we have this rule on our lease and yet, we can’t have the simple privilege of calling the police in case of emergency. It’s a high priced place, that’s not the cleanest or has an affluent ambiance and the lease is a metaphorical ball and chain."

"Nice looking new places built during the boom. I almost bought one until I went there and looked around. My real estate attorney said look out for govt assisted housing projects for developments than can not get sold. Yes indeed the developer turned some of this into section 8 govt assisted housing...I spoke to a resident that said lots of break ins with the cars in the parking lot. My lawyer said run - do not walk away..."
