"Besides the fact that this place is in a decent location and the maintenance crew is on point. Everything else is “smoke and mirrors!” The office area is aesthetically pleasing but the apartments are dark, dated and unappealing. The doors to all of the apartments and all facilities slam. The garage doors underneath the bedroom’s make so much noise when opening and closing, the air conditioning and other equipment have to be continuously fixed and the prices just keep rising! Very disappointing."
"Can’t wait to move in this Friday. The women in the office have been SUPER helpful. I love the place.! The apartments are spacious! Grounds are manicured perfectly and the people that I’ve met in the complex so far have been completely cool. Looks like a very safe place which is very important as a senior citizen, and a great area!! Great dog park! Keep up the awesome work. Thank you in advance. See you on Friday. Warren"
"Nothing but good things to say about this community. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Maintenance is always quick. Very pet friendly if you have pets. You’re only about 3 miles from the beach and less than 5 miles from the highway. Rent isn’t cheap but is very reasonable for south Florida. You won’t find a better value in the area. Due to the arrival of our baby we will not be renewing our lease but I highly recommend this place to anyone looking in Palm Beach county!"
"I have lived in Barcelona for 1 year and love it here! Aryian, the Manager, works hard to ensure the property is clean, well maintained, and, that the landscaping is always fresh! It is a quiet, safe, and very friendly to a variety of demographics. Minutes to the beach, scores of restaurants, Roger Dean Stadium, and plenty of unique places to shop. If you like peace of mind, organized and friendly office staff, cool neighbors, and a well appointed apartment complex then come to Barcelona!"
