"I came over to see my kids and thought about moving to the same apts. they look pretty nice from the outside. So I go ask for an application, and after the very dismissive responses I got from the office lady I’m sure they won’t even look at my application. And her remarks to me are only based off of hearsay from a very emotional tenant (my kids’ mother). She was basically telling me because my kids mom told her that there is an “issue/ problem” and that I’m “harassing and stalking her” (for sitting in the parking lot talking to my kids) Btw, I had no physical, or verbal contact with the mother whatsoever the whole duration of my visit. Furthermore, There is no law or court order that says I can’t move to be closer to my children and their school. I felt very discriminated against by some of the office people. Once I finally got an application, They wouldn’t even allow me to walk inside the office to fill out the application because she(the mother) was sitting inside telling them why I SHOULDN'T be there."

"Horrible living experience. Walls and floor thin and can hear loud neighbors talking and yelling all day every day. Nosy and rude neighbor that think they own the place and say rude things under their breath. Nosy lease managers that ask you why you have been home all week when you are just on vacation from work. Maintenance took a whole year to fix the shower. They are slow to come fix things. They will use your bathroom too if you are not home. One actually ask if he could use my bathroom which is unprofessional and gross. You have no privacy because there is all kinds of routine checks they do in your apartment. Nosy lease manager ask if you live there when you’re at the playground with your kids. When moving out (thankfully)the nosy lease manager ask when you are moving out and why you haven’t been there. Maybe because I have the apartment still for another two weeks and trying to move, work, and clean the apartment out. If you want a stressful living environment then this is your place."

"After waiting almost for a year to move into my apartment I must say that it was definitely worth the wait. The construction delays were not the fault of the management. The apartment was brand new and it will be five years come March of 23. After a few growing pains such as having to wait until the local ISP companies actually recognized that our apartment was an actual location (which did take almost 3 months) service was connected once that issue was solved. Except for a few parking issues I haven't had any major problems. Although pest control could visit more often, but I have yet to really have any pest problems after almost five years. The management office has gone through several staffing issues with the first person leaving shortly after I moved in, however we now have a good staff here. Now Covid-19 was definitely an issue, however I personally didn't experience any major problems as far as my apartment was concerned, and the staff was very helpful during the crisis. Finally if you have a chance to get an apartment here, I would highly recommend moving here. The amenities are great and everything such as two grocery stores, three pharmacy's as well as most of your other shopping needs are less than a five minute drive, not to mention several fast food delivery options as well as Grub Hub and Amazon delivery. So if you're able to get a lease here then I'd highly suggest moving here."

"If I could give these apartments a 0 I would! They don’t even deserve one star! DO NOT MOVE HERE I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE! Worst Apartment complex EVER! They have a tenant in the neighborhood who constantly harrass WHITE PEOPLE & YOUNG BLACK WOMEN WITH CHILDERN and Rent office as well as apartment manager let tenant get away with it. She’s a neighborhood bully which they rent office has stated multiple times and yet nothing has been done! Tenant has harassed over 5 different families living in the complex, threated US, made false allegations and police reports to get people thrown out of their apartment or worst put in jail! These community and neighborhood is not a good environment to live in nor raise a family in! These people are very nasty and childish! I would not recommend to anyone!"

"I have lived in this community for almost 4 years. Very clean, quiet, close to interstates, stores, restaurants but best of all I have to say is the fact of no kids running around messing with your cars. As a hard working single mother this means a lot, which is why I continue to re-sign my lease trust me you won't find that anywhere! Not best neighborhood but this community is gated and to be honest I've never had any problems at all. Everyone who lives here is super polite. Office staff are really nice and welcoming and any issues are promptly taken care off. I love being able to call this community my home."
