"Armando practices predatory evictions do not move here, it ain’t worth it, It’s loud, insecure, they charged you for nothing, your rent can go up as high as they want. IT AINT WORTH IT."
"I find it very displeasing that we are forced to rent a washer and dryer within our apartment home where we’re currently paying rent. And if we chose not to rent the units we are forced to keep them stored within our apartment with no monies deducted from our monthly rental fees since we are technically acting as storage for, “Moon Beam.” If removed we would have room storage… I’m just saying. The pool is always closed, and cars without decals are free to park any and everywhere they are extremely relaxed about towing cars. I also find this very displeasing since us residents must pay 25.00 for a decals to park on the grounds. Other than that, the place is quiet except for the occasional train passing through at 2-3 am. The grounds are kept, and maintenance is helpful, hard-working, and respectful."
"I could give a 4 1/2 star but things have need for improvement. Until then, it is what it is. For starters, the amenities we have for our convenience and use aren't kept up as they should be. The internet and cable company we are subjected to displeases me. There contracted with only one company. If we're to be subjected to one, than at least keep it up and running at all times.The pool is rarely available and when it is it isn't clean. The rent went up but we're still battling with the pandemic. The office staff is helpful but you can never reach the corporate office for anything handled only by corporate per the office staff."
"Pretty quiet neighborhood for most part. Grounds stay clean. The only complaint I have is the towing policy. Overkill with justification for reason to tow. Resident or not. Also homeless are quite normal in this area. Any maintenance issues have always been directly and quickly resolved as well. Office staff friendly."
"I am absolutely in love with this community.. it’s close to a lot of shops and the mall nearby. My move-in experience was smooth Karin and Deana were very helpful during my transition. I had a few maintenance issues but they were handled immediately. Maintanance is very friendly as well as everyone in office. The grounds are beautiful and the views are breathtaking. I don't feel like I live in an apartment at all. The space is amazing. So happy my family and I decided to move here!"
