"Don’t live here if you care about your physical as well as mental health. Staffing is horrible, unprofessional and down right rude. Be careful because they will charge you extra fees with no explanation and when you call them out for their lack of customer service or maintenance of the building they tell you to deal with it or pay the termination fee. Also infested with roaches and termites"
"Lived here for two years, the place isn’t anything fancy but the old management did a great job running the place, however new management has taken over and this place has been terrible ever since. For the prices that they use to charge it made sense that there was a lack of amenities but this new management is crazy they are raising rent incredibly high for a place that is falling down, has no trash pick up (they only have one dumpster for the entire place and it’s constantly overflowing with trash), no dishwasher, and the laundry room is filthy all the time and the machines never work. Inside the apartment there are major issues with leaks and during the summer an army of millipedes crawl inside your apartment through the window unit on the wall, this place is certainly not worth anywhere near what they are charging!"
"This apartment building was recently bought out by Dahl Properties this past September. I had been living here for 3 years. The old management was awesome, super friendly, and reasonable. This new company is a JOKE!!! There is a RAT INFESTATION and they don’t care. They are raising rent by a ridiculous amount! The laundry unit is pathetic and the machines are terrible. There are no painted parking lines. No amenities and it seems like this place is falling apart by the day! Water leaks in the ceiling, fridge leaks, and there are RATS in the apartments. They come from the ac unit closet. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE! Not worth your money!"
"I lived here for over 5 years. The location and price point are perfect. About a mile run to Bayshore, it provides a unique opportunity to take advantage of the beautiful South Tampa area without breaking the bank. One and two bedrooms available. The property manager is pretty easy on the eyes as well. Definitely recommend this apartment living venue."
