"The community is well kept. I have only ever had pleasant interactions with staff, managers and neighbors. Located in a great spot in West Tampa. Already looking forward to staying another year. The McKinley manager for willow flatts Jason Grooms is the friendliest fellow and has been nothing but helpful!! Edit- the community is great until your AC stops working. Maintenance staff and office staff have no concern for residents even less so outside of regular monday- Friday business hours. Great place to live until you need something fixed."
"would give negative stars if i could. the property is messy/unkept with rodents frequently seen running around the outside, dead trees left rotting, and abandoned vehicles just sitting around. interiors are not much better - i was unable to use my shower for the first week due to it not being ready and the air conditioner has been broken for over a year with zero willingness for it to be replaced. on top of all this, there are two washer/dryers each and you can almost guarantee that one of them will always be broken. the neighborhood is not great either, there's always homeless people walking around right outside or picking through the dumpsters"

"This place is so nice to live in my kids love the pool the park it's kid friendly. The staff in the office is so nice. Very clean no loud music no interruptions people are so friendly."
"Whenever I try to call the Willow Flats property team regarding my rent, nobody ever answers the phone and I'm not sure on what to do next because I'm trying to make a payment arrangement due to a little issue with that I'm going through. I also got a hold of one of the representatives a week ago and he told me to email the property manager but after I sent an email I still never received a reply yet. I'm just trying not to get a three day notice even though I'm at least trying to pay off my bills , but how are we going to work things out if we can't even communicate? Other than that, its a nice little quite place nearby a school."
