We talked over what Longwood has to offer and I was sold! I loved the apartments but really Michelle is what sold it for me. Can’t wait to move in!"

My recent interaction with Michelle left much to be desired in terms of empathy and customer service skills. During our communication, Michelle displayed a lack of empathy and professionalism when addressing my concerns and questions regarding potential tenancy. Instead of listening attentively and offering constructive assistance, she seemed indifferent and uninterested in addressing my inquiries. Her dismissive attitude and inability to provide clear and helpful information made the entire experience frustrating and unproductive. It was evident that Michelle lacked the necessary skills to engage with customers effectively and address their needs adequately. As a prospective tenant, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy when interacting with representatives of your company. Unfortunately, my experience with Michelle fell short of these expectations, leaving me feeling undervalued and dissatisfied with the level of service provided. In the future, I hope that your team can address these issues and ensure that all representatives demonstrate a higher level of empathy and professionalism when assisting customers. "I moved into the apartment in November 2023. It's a great complex. The neighbors are friendly and the staff is amazing!! It's super quiet, which was a relief for me after living in houses for the past several years. I was worried I'd hear everything my neighbors did, but I rarely hear them. Any complaints or issues are dealt with swiftly by Michelle and Mauricio. They're always happy to see my dog and give her pets and attention. The dog park has a long area for pups to run. This is a GREAT place to live and call home."

"This is a beautiful apartment - the design is open and aesthetic, it is so easy to make the space cozy and comfortable. The staff in the leasing office makes it feel like a little community - they know who you are and remember you by name; Michelle is so sweet and Mauricio seems to be on top of maintenance requests. I always look forward to coming home!"

"So far I really like this apartment. The unit is spacious, designed beautifully, and quiet. I especially love the kitchen and tall windows. The fellow residents also seem very nice. There is still construction going on but it’s not too noisy. I can’t wait to see the amenities. And I love the convenience of being right by Wawa."
