She went thru all property perks, gave us a tour and went out of her way to make our leasing process a walk in the park! We did everything in office and she cleared all our questions right there! She’s friendly and super nice. Come see her! Come move in to Sabal Club!"

Just recently Abner and Julio M did an incredible job fixing my shower! They show such professionalism each time while they are working in my apartment and I’m truly thankful to have them working here! "I put a work order earlier today for my clogged bath sink. Just now Lee Vargas with the assistance of Julio Corrales unclogged the sink and replaced a part that was broken inside. They no only did a great, fast and clean job, but also checked the other two sinks just to make sure that they were also working properly. Needless to say, the flow of water is excellent now on all three sinks. But most importantly, these gentlemen’s friendly, courteous, and respectful attitude is something I am grateful for. These are excellent Maintenance Techs and I am very happy to have them here where I live. I give them five stars and please convey my congratulations to both Lee and Julio for a job well done!!"
