Maintenance stays on top of keeping this clean and up to date and the leasing office has employees who really care about their residents and welcome everyone like family! They have Starbucks coffee and host many fun events! This is a wonderful place to live!!"

"This is the garage for apt 340 when mentioned to maintenance. They said they were aware, but it’s not in the budget and I should go to Home Depot and get some sandbags and leave the garage door itself cracked open so all the water to get out."

"My sister, my niece, and I all share a 3 bedroom here at Golf Brook. The community feels like a home. Most of our neighbors have lived here for years. The apartment is large, the patio is large, overlooking a small lake. The community is always clean, you can tell the residents take pride where they live. Maintenance is always done in a timely manner and the office team is very friendly and helpful. The office also has a Starbucks coffee machine, so I am in there once a day. There are tennis courts, the pool is very clean and relaxing, but the gym needs a little help as neither treadmill works and it's also a small space. Otherwise, you will love this community 100% for many years, I'm sure."

"Golf Brook is a great place to live, it feels very safe, is very quiet (with the occasional dog barking noises you can expect to hear at any apartment) and we love the trees! The units are dated but very spacious and comfortable, they don't feel like an apartment, more like a condo. The A/C and water heater in our apartment look brand new and are a high quality brand. The office and maintenance teams are the best, everyone is so friendly and when something breaks they are on it, usually within a couple hours. They also do several social events, more than our former HOA community! The location is also great, close to so many good restaurants, shopping and easy access to I-4. We are very happy here and have no plans on moving."
