Weston Park Apartments At Longwood Station

"UPDATE: Here we are, 3 Months later, and they're still doing work. The building is still covered with mold and mildew. The panels they're replacing under the building siding are INFESTED with black mold. They're also taking up nearly half of the surface level parking. Their crews are out here at 6:30 am backing up their equipment and waking up the complex even though they shouldn't be working until 7. But hey, they're offering to renew our lease without an increase in rent if we sign immediately, how generous of them! Original Review: Great place to live if you like unpermitted work being done on your unit! They have been replacing windows for MONTHS now. Multiple people have entered our apartment to verify if we need a change out or not. Turns out we don't need one - HOORAY! But, that doesn't stop the contractor from being an idiot and not pulling permits, delaying the process by months. Now they have blue tint over all the windows they replaced illegally and it's been there for over two months with no signs of progress. If you LOVE the smell of urine, this is the apartment complex for you. People let their pets pee and poop all over, so you'll never run out of interesting smells when you live here. Most don't bother to even TRY cleaning it up. They also don't move trash out over some weekends, so the whole first floor gets to smell what Sandra threw out Friday night until Monday morning. Don't like stairs? Don't live here! The elevators are constantly broken and take DAYS to repair. The last one was for a broken button on my floor. Took them a short 8 days to fix it! There are cameras on the doors on those floors, so I wish they would work with those tenants to figure out who's breaking it and evict them. Now if that isn't enough, you will LOVE this place if you like searching for parking. Everyone loves to park here. People from the sunrail, roofers (I'm looking at you Collis Roofing guy) in the town homes across the street, and more! We even have 8-10 parking spaces taken up by the contractor I mentioned earlier. No, not with his crew while they're working, but the equipment they left on site and haven't touched in the last two months. It's always fun getting home and hoping you can find parking. It's crazy they don't realize a 10 cent STICKER and a strict tow policy would help fix those problems. Overall, I'd give this place a 1/5 in it's current state. It's a shame because it used to be A LOT nicer than it is now. Check out Addison or Alta down the street. They're the same price and look much cleaner. If they start fixing the issues I'll update this review. Update: The blue tint film on the windows was removed within 24 hours of posting this! Looks like they're looking at reviews. Everything else in the review still stands. After they clean up the parking lot or pressure wash the building, I'll update my rating. Still looks like a dump overall!"

"I originally had spoken to Carina on the phone, one of the representatives from Weston Park. She was so informative and inviting. We scheduled a time to come in. I was welcomed by Jamaal, who was so helpful, informative and made the process extremely painless. The customer service I received from this location has been immaculate. Looking forward to becoming a tenant!"

"This place is absolutely excellent, the manager, assistant manager, and maintenance personnel are amazing!! The manager ( Dee) is always available and professional whenever I need to talk with her. She is definitely the best manager this apartment has had since the 3 years I’ve been here. The last 2 managers were completely unprofessional to the point I was going to move my family out of here!! But as I was going down to terminate my lease, it happened to be Dee’s first day, and she talked me out of it and promised me that under her management things would be different, and I must say, she kept her word. Things have improved over the past year and 2 months since she’s been here!!"

Our requests are handled promptly and completed with efficiency and professionalism. Denise, Jamal and Karina are a pleasure to chat with and my husband and I are very happy with this property management team."

"My family and I moved to Weston park December 2020 to December 2022. We used to live in the second floor the first year. Honestly, I wanted to leave the first day I got there. The first day we got the keys from the MANAGER. First thing we notice ROACHES EVERYWHERE. You could smell the pest control . We went and told her that we see roaches she says there will be someone every Thursday from pest control to spray the apartment. Second , the downstairs neighbors would hit the ceiling any time my daughter would dance or jump. Even if something would fall in the floor they will hit it so hard. We called management and every time it was the same thing “we will talk to them.” or “call the police if they are disturbing.” The neighbors went as far as hitting the ceiling at 5am in the morning when we were sleeping. Note: My daughter would go to sleep early for that reason. We even bought a carpet to minimize the noise. For the second year, we moved in to the first floor . I loved it UNTIL the fire alarm started to turn on around 4 am . It was once a week. And it was only ours not the whole building. There was no fire so it was so weird. We called the EMERGENCY Maintenance line and waited for them to call back with an update. They never called or notified the apartment building. We know because we called when the apartment when it opened and they said they had received nothing. It was exhausting . We have babies so imagine being woken up by the alarm at 4 am. Mantainence was honestly the best of the best. They are the only ones we miss . Everyday they will greet you, say hi, or even talk about small things. They worked so fast in fixing things in our apartment . Management has been changed so many times the only person that really helped us was Shanan but she left in 2021. We left this apartment because we were able to rent a house with a big patio for the same price ."
