"Moved into Sea Oats at the beginning of the year and had quite a complicated application/move in process with all my roommates but Jo Ellen and Svenja were so so kind and helpful! the apartments are nice (not luxurious but clean!) but location of sea oats is unmatched tbh. i’m loving living here!"

"I needed to find a place relatively soon as I was in the process of moving down to Florida for my job. I chose to live here because of its proximity to the beach, its proximity to the local restaurants and the beach town, and the abundance of sidewalks, parks and access since I'm an avid jogger. This really is a nice community with lots of good. The community is full of good folks, young families, and people just trying to make it in the world. I knew what I was getting into when renting an older unit. My unit has its issues (bugs, broken A/C, older piping/plumbing issues, design from decades ago that are obsolete now) - all of which were addressed in a timely and professional manner. The office staff always give their best effort to get things right the first time. I can directly communicate with them and my issues are always acknowledged. I would say the only real issue I see the increasing costs of maintaining older buildings, as time rolls on. I'm debating about renewing, and downsizing to a smaller unit, as I don't need a 2br. Overall this place is fine, and I would recommend it."
