"I experienced their service last year to this year. The house quality is low, public gym is broken, service attitude is bad and check out service is worse. During check out I have to pay extra money no matter how many times I pointed it is the scratch from last tenement even with proof. They are unreasonable. I lost a lot. I hope that before renting, everyone can carefully read the evaluation. In addition, I possible, I wish the victims to unite."

"100% not recommended, when I checked out from my apartment, I paid for a third party cleaning service to clean up every thing, and they still charge the cleaning fee plus extra repair fee for the damages that I had put in my check in inspection discrepancy. Mean that I have to paid for someone else damage, and I went to oversea after checked out of the apartment, I still using the same phone number and email. They never notify me on any form about the payment , until I found out on my credit report. I tried to called them to ask for payment information, the staff finally sent me an email for the payment and detail, that’s when I found out they want to charges me for the damages before I checked in. I reply back with questions and ask for back check my move in inspection paper work. But I never got a respond back. Not ever a phone call or email notify which I had checked out 4 months ago. Not military friendly at all for us have to go to oversea and lack of communication to notify about extra payment. Now it’s effecting my credit. Disappointed."

"SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM! First I will like to start off by saying how much Parkland of Orange Park apartments have robbed me. When my lease was up they didn’t return my DEPOSIT. Parkland claimed they kept my deposit because there was trash left behind. I cleaned and emptied out my apartment days before it was time for me to move out. Charging extra fees towards my rent. I’ve stayed one year the place had mold all in the vents and all in the creases of the walls. I’ve found multiple long nails in the carpet. I have young children who almost could have gotten nails stuck in their foot multiple times. I’ve never been late at all out of the 10 months I’ve resided there. I let the front desk know that I was out of town at the time and mailed a check for my rent 2 days before it was due which the leasing office and I agreed to and was charged a late fee of $500 because the check arrived one day later due to mail running off schedule. PARKLAND OF ORANGE PARK WILL RIP YOU OFF."

"I visited this community today and had a wonderful experience. As soon as I walked through the door, they offered me a bottle of water. I was there to visit the property manager, Christy was very helpful and welcoming. The maintenance staff met me as I was leaving and he was very helpful. The apartments are spacious and have new appliances. Gym and pool areas are nice. This property is close to the interstate and all of the best shopping. I highly recommend this property if you’re moving to the area."
