"Management is very hard to get a hold of. They answer 1 out of every 8 times. I asked to get a new screen door for my apartment, as the one from when I moved in had a hole and they just left it in the balcony. They told me about 5 times they'll send someone and it's still there, a year later. Monthly check-ups are also a lie. They charged me an extra 50 a month for washer and dryer which they DIDNT LET US KNOW ABOUT until we came in the day to sign our lease. The apartments are nice inside but outside is dirty, a little unsafe at night, and no security. If something happens youd have to call the cops even though it's a "safe gated community""

"Honestly I was a great tenant. I never caused any issues. Never had a problem paying on time… maybe once when COVID hit. I have so many complains but I’m just going to skip right to the end… when I decided to move out they tried to rip me off from my security deposit. Charging me $1600+ for “damages” . They added the laundry which had no issues at all. They said I left trash behind even tho they rushed me to leave before the 3rd of the month and if I didn’t leave by then I’d be charged for the extra days like another 200 (which is super illegal). And they said they had to paint the walls too (which they’re supposed to anyways). These people will rip you off at the end!"

"Apartments are okay to be rated as "luxury apartments", but these apartments dont have a place for kids (no park, no pool)... some of the tenants with dogs are kind of unresponsible because you see dog poop everywhere. No security guard, and the small gym is open only office hours which is practically unusable. Staff is nice, they do what they can."

"Nothing luxury about this apartment community. There is no valet trash removal, which I would expect for the price, so everyone takes out their own and often leaves it piled up OUTSIDE of the compactor. Then you get harrasign emails from the office threatening to fine offenders but they are never not on the site after the office closes and maintenance is only there 2x a week so they'll never know who did it to fix it. There was a shootout 10/31/18, an apartment door appeared to be hit by a bullet it's now December and they still plywood where a door should be. There was a fight in the hallway a few weeks ago that went around a building. The small little gym is only open during office hours, which change and are shortened often. There is no pool only a small walking trail that is a little circle with overgrown grass that owners let their dogs poop on. Stay far away. Not worth the price or the headache."
