Summerfield Apartments

"This property is under new management and has been making alot of changes in renovations, operations that has made a difference for me as well as other tenants. I can say personally the only negative I can address is the increase of the rent, other than that even the fumigation has shown promise, The new parking system is ok and something to get use to but overall it's a good community with an awesome management and maintenance team, maybe one day we can get Rover. Oh I love the Gym!!! If you see any of my reviews you will know that I deal with facts! Cheers! The above was written a year ago but after having my packages stolen from one of the maintenence people and the Maintenence supervisor lying to the police to cover him I have no choice but to lower my rating due to this and my neighbors being robbed as well... watch YouTube, Summerfield apartments maintenence thief 2023"

"I have been here since 2019 . At first I just wanted to get out because of old management but then Pastora came and made some changes. She was nice , professional and humble. Things started to change slowly but there was some changes . Unfortunately she has moved on to better opportunities. Now we have Maurice who is very attentive informative and friendly. There are times that he is here past office hours getting complaints and fixes done . After being here this long I’m not going no where.Every apartment complex has their own issues but if at least they trying it’s worth staying ."

"I have lived at Summerfield for the last 7 years and over the years you have definitely seen a big change. The management team Pastora and her assistant have been doing a great job in making improvements. Any issues or maintenance needs she’s on top of it . First manager that seems to treat you with respect and care about your well being/concerns. Apartments are very spacious and safe environment for kids. Before this management team you would feel like it was time to move elsewhere even if it was more expensive.We have a new washer/dryer facility on each building and the gym is also nice. Pastora has definitely made Summerfield feel like home for once in all the 7 years we have lived here."
