"I recently had the pleasure of visiting Circle sunrise and the experience was truly remarkable. From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations in every way possible. First and foremost, the customer service was top-notch. The staff member (Darnell) were friendly, attentive, and genuinely interested in ensuring my complete satisfaction. Darnell greeted me with a warm smile upon arrival and provided prompt assistance throughout my entire visit. His knowledge and expertise in he’s respective fields were evident, and he were more than willing to answer any questions I had. The atmosphere of the establishment was inviting and well-maintained. The cleanliness and tidiness of the premises showcased their commitment to providing a pleasant environment for their customers. Additionally, the decor and ambiance added a touch of elegance, creating a comfortable and enjoyable setting. As for the service itself, I was it was evident that Darnell take pride in delivering excellence. Furthermore, the pricing was reasonable. Overall, I highly recommend seeing Darnell at Circle Sunrise Apartments to anyone seeking a truly exceptional experience. Friendly face while walking into the leasing office, his commitment to customer satisfaction, combined with his remarkable service,sets the business apart from the competition. "Darnell and the rest of management were extremely quick, helpful, kind and informative in getting me approved and moved in. The process was less than 72 hours and had my keys by the following week. I selected an upgraded unit and it is beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet, family friendly and safe. I appreciate maintenance for quickly helping replace the dishwasher and addressing all concerns. 10/10 recommend this place to live. They have done an outstanding job with their customer service and love that I get to call this place home."

"This property is great for your temporary home when relocating or the place to call your new home. The price is the best in town. The location is just what you want and need if you have school age children. The manager and assistant are professional while being friendly and respectable. That’s the type of management team you need always. The maintenance team gets an A+!! Their response time is same day to next day depending on the time you call. You could not go wrong taking a tour of Circle Sunrise Apartment homes. After all, home is where the heart is!!!"

"I want to express my gratitude towards Darnell, who went above and beyond in showing me various units available for lease.Initially, I was hesitant about approaching the team, as I had come across a few negative comments online. However, upon meeting Darnell, I quickly realized that those comments didn't reflect the reality of the situation. Darnell's commitment to providing excellent customer service was evident from the moment I walked through the door. Darnell was patient and attentive throughout the entire leasing process, taking the time to understand my needs and preferences. He thoroughly explained the features and benefits of each unit, ensuring that I had all the information necessary to make an informed decision. His knowledge and expertise were truly impressive. What struck me the most about Darnell was his ability to handle difficult situations with grace and professionalism. While I was touring the property, I witnessed him dealing with some not-so-nice residents. Despite their rudeness, Darnell remained calm and composed, addressing their concerns with empathy and respect. It was clear that he genuinely cared about providing the best experience for everyone, even in the face of challenging interactions. Of course, like any community, there will always be a few individuals who are over the top and rude. However, the team's professionalism and patience in dealing with such residents is a testament to their commitment to providing excellent customer service. "I've lived here since 2018 and I must say ever since Weller Property Management has taken over, it's gone downhill. Maintenance does not respond to requests as fast as with the old management, you cannot get in contact with the leasing office on the phone anymore and the new policies they've implemented are unreasonable. As of recently they towed my REGISTERED personal vehicle because I had an advertisement on it, claiming it is a commercial vehicle. By definition a commercial vehicle has nothing to do with what is written on the vehicle , a commercial vehicle is used to transport goods or paying passengers. The vehicle has had the advertisement on for over a month and I was never notified that I could not have an advertisement on my personal vehicle. I was told by the leasing office staff that it is written in the lease agreement that once an ad is placed on the vehicle it is considered commercial and when I checked the lease agreement, it says no such thing. I had to pay $170 to retrieve my vehicle and I was told I could not keep my vehicle at my place of residence. I am utterly appalled and I would not recommend anyone to stay here. It is not worth the rent price and I am genuinely taken aback by the lack of care for the residents. The water bill is also not just for your unit, the entire building's water usage is combined and then split by the residents in that building, which is not fair because some families are much larger than others and so their water usage is obviously higher. Maintenance also still enters your unit when you select no entry."
