"Great place to live. A wide range of residents. Families, young and older adults. Great place. Very on top of everything. Beautiful lake behind residence. Huge living space. Very safe. Maintenance is on top of everything. I been here only a few months with my wife and they have done so much to improve the property. The ladies in office are on top of everything. I dealt with Emily who is a super honest and reliable person. I would highly recommend living here if you can find a spot. Great job staff!!"

"The management was so kind to me. When my Mother became terminally ill they worked with me to end my lease early. I really loved living on the lake and the sunsets were beautiful. They have a very large kitchen, an extra half bath, and a dog park. I would recommend living here."

"My family and I have lived at the Rise Apartments for 2 years. We have been very happy with the apartment, the neighbors and the management of the building. You can tell the management team cares about the building and the tenants from the way they respond to concerns/problems and by the fact that they continue to reinvest in the property. While I am happy to be moving into my own home, I will miss the beautiful lake views, and the proximity to the park. What a perfect location! "The Rise in sunrise is a great apartment complex! The management is amazing- very responsive to tenants and always helpful. The nice view is a bonus and the pool is a great amenity. The dog park is also cool for residents with pets. Very comfortable complex and it’s enjoyable to live there. Overall I would definitely recommend The Rise!"
