"They are the worst workers I have ever seen. You don't know that working in an office like Sunrise the Green has such incapacitated workers. They don't even know how to treat the residents, much less the clients. That's why I don't recommend these apartments, they never provide service.this Lady end man is vary bad !"
"My husband and I have been living at Sunrise on The Green since May 2016. We are extremely happy here. We just signed a new lease for another year. The staff from Maintenance is wonderful. Any emergency they’re here for you. Our Property Manger, Jodi is so professional and sweet, and helps you with all your rental needs and anything you need for your apartment. I always felt very safe here. Across the street there’s a Walmart. The entrance of the complex has bus stops going North & South on University Dr. Very large rooms so as you can tell My husband Wayne and I highly recommend Sunrise on the Green!"
"If you are looking for rental and want it to have peace and a clean environment? Then This apartment community IS NOT FOR YOU. Terrible apartments; old apartments in a high price range for the neglect management whose treat tenants horribly due do their legal status. Is a hell community of gossip that you most stay away. Hallways always dirty; when it rains this community turns into a lake; cars under the water; hallways nicely pack in sand and water that you literally need a boat to get to your front door. There is not security at all; if you have a decent job and better level educational Please stay away from this rental. Best wishes."
"Stay away. We haven't been here for 2 months and we already had a package stolen and a motorcycle. As I'm typing this we are filing a stolen vehicle report. We thought it was safe seeing others around the area. We even had it locked up. Don't live here if you nice things."
