"I called this location to get more information for the the availability. Talking with the person who answered the phone didn’t give me his name. After giving me all details and my opinion about the deposit made him rudely say yeah good luck and hung up. I wouldn’t like to live somewhere where customer service is disrespectful"
"I lived here for a year and loved it. Management is professional, responsible, timely, and cordial. Maintenance was on top of everything and always responded quickly. The apartment itself has a unique, two-story layout which offers lots of space and privacy. I already miss my big spacious master bedroom. I'd rent here again in a heartbeat if I ever moved back to Fort Myers."
"Management here has made living here horrible, uncomfortable & tense. Its a shame too because good people live here and the apartments are nice but If I knew what I knew now , prior to moving in , I would’ve never moved here. I must say the maintenance staff here is good. Any issues with the Apartment it self , they take care of it right away ... God Bless."
"This is a great apartment complex They have just painted all the hallways, the owners are really trying to clean up and make a safe life style. Just installed a power gate and walk way key fobs, so only the tenants are the only ones that live there. The down side is some tenants just drag there garbage threw the freshly painted hallways. Great safe place to live...."
