"I am very disappointed with the team at Parkcrest at the lakes. Genisis and the leasing agent were very rude and combative. I arranged to lease an apartment at the Parkcrest property, and after collecting my $200 dollars I was told that I would not be allowed to view the apartment that I rented. When I complained I was told that in this market that is the way it is. They said that the apartment is still not ready for viewing (move in was schedule for the 21ST) and again was told on the 20th it was still not ready to even view before move in. I said that I was very uncomfortable with that and would have to decline I was then told that they would not be refunding my deposit. I again said that this is deceptive practice and if the apartment is still not ready to even view that they are not out anything and as such my deposit should be returned. I was told look we are part of a huge cooperation, and you can try, but we do this all the time. I only wish I could give zero stars. SCAM"
"Recently had one of the bedrooms renovated with new carpet and paint. The team at Park Crest was a great help in scheduling the repair and making sure everything was done quickly and effeciently. Thank you Genesis, Mike, Mario, paint crew and carpet crew. I am extremely happy to be a resident of Park Crest"
"I cannot say enough good things about Park Crest! I moved from out of state and didn't have a chance to even look at the apartments when I was down here. Although, after speaking with Brayden I felt very confident in picking Park Crest! She went above and beyond in the application process to ensure a smooth transition! On top of an amazing staff, I was highly impressed with the unit I received! Everything was very clean upon move in! I only found that the bedroom closet door wouldn't close. However, Brayden immediately put in a work order and the maintenance people were out here the next morning! The maintenance crew are fast, efficient and very friendly. The community itself here is also the best I've ever experienced in an apartment complex! It is very quite community and everyone is very welcoming! Thank you Park Crest & the community for making Florida feel like home the moment I arrived!"
