"My experience at the reef has been amazing. The accommodations the reef provides is excellent. From pool days, the gym, tanning booth, and an excellent 24/7 studying area. Both Alexa and JB have always provided excellent service and answer all questions when needed. The reef allows for those to have everything within a community! The front desk team always exceeds all the expectations with everything!"

"I’ve lived here two years now and it just keeps getting worse. The office staff other than ONE select person is absolutely rude and do not know what they are doing. All of the amenities that they offer half of them aren’t even open or don’t even work. However, when you make that point to them, they point out that it’s an amenity and not something that you pay for. You pay for student living however, you cannot access the study room with the printer after office hours because one of the amenities has been closed down for several months."

"Apartment itself is nice. Other than that amenities hardly ever are open. They fine you for having something as small as a cooler bag that weighs 2 pounds outside $25 to each resident. And don’t get me started on the trash butler. If you want plenty of fines for this scam of a rental apartment then the reef is your place! And they’re non stop birds constantly here"

"Yeah I don’t recommend moving to the reef. I’m in process of moving out and they are charging me $300 for changing the carpet when keep in mind the carpets damage is due to opening and closing the door and I didn’t even have a new carpet when I moved in. It’s an issue with whatever carpeting company they use. I’m really disappointed on how this entire move out process has been. I’m moving out due to personal issues and they really haven’t made it easy on me, they find any little thing to charge you for it and they are not understanding at all. I’m leaving the images of how I left my room before leaving, I left it way better than how it was when I received it."

"This place is terribly average, Maintenance is slack, parking is even worse. The cost of rent here is 950-1200 dollars for a person splitting it with 4 other people. It’s border line robbery. Apartments are pretty nice at-least. But let’s do a better job at up-keeping the property, looks like Section 8 outside"
