"They reel you in, but do their best to make sure there is no way out. Please please please DON’T DO THIS TO YOURSELF. Find ANY other way (trusted roommates or friends you know you will be safe living with, etc.) but don’t do it. This has been one of the worst decisions of my entire life. Trust that there is a REASON they will ALWAYS have openings; trust that there is a REASON reviews are so bad. I will update my review with actual information once I’m safe enough to do so (when my lease has ended and I’m free from the circumstances)."

"It would appear to me that the people that complain about the trash removal are the ones that can not follow the rules. Maybe if you follow the guidelines for placing your trash out it would get picked up and you would not get fined. I do not think the trash people are there to clean up after you like your parents. Grow up and take responsibility."

"PLEASE PLEASE PLEEEEASE save yourself unnecessary stress and unsafe living conditions and DO NOT rent from here. They come off as a great place to live and very convenient. Which couldn’t be farther from the truth. I really wanted to like this place because there’s no other cheaper options. But seriously, just pay more because this place is incredibly unsafe, unsanitary, and quite frankly, disrespectful and depressing. On multiple occasions they have allowed “maintenance” to come into our unit and “fix things”… good thing we had cameras in our rooms. They also put you in unsafe situations by allowing just about anyone to move in at any given moment without doing proper research on these individuals. They let us know DAY OF. Also very unclean place. Mold everywhere. Like EVERYWHERE. Oh yeah, and they never fixed our very broken window from the hurricane… over a year ago. DO NOT trust this place. Do yourself a favor!!!"

"This is the worst apartment complex I’ve ever had to deal with. If you were parents looking for a place for your kids, do not send them there. complex is unsafe, the office staff doesn’t have a clue and doesn’t care, you won’t get a call back if you need assistance, And they make it difficult to pay rent. The place is rundown and is in dire need of updating. They violate your rental agreement by letting people in your apartment without telling you or without advanced notice. Do yourself a favor, and find some other place to live."

"Highly do not recommend living here. All the management is incredibly rude and nonchalant. When I tried to move out, I had to call at least twice a day to tell them to do the next steps. On top of that, the day before I signed the lease over, they raised the rent by $115 and did not disclose this until it was already signed. I had also won a $50 gift card for one of their Instagram promotions, and six months later I still don’t have the gift card. They will charge you for anything and everything. They never answer the phone, take weeks to respond to emails. And when you call to ask, they act like they know nothing about it. When our couch got ruined from previous owners and I requested one of the new ones I saw shipped in, I never heard back. The trash people do not come 3 days a week, even though we pay for trash services, and if you have more than 2 bags (for 4 roommates), they charge you. There is a great amount of suspicious activity/ residents, and when I told the office they did nothing about it. There are no security cameras and no security gates to get into the premises. Overall do not recommend."
