Since Abby stepped into her role as Community Manager she has made many noticeable improvements. She has great leadership & problem solving abilities. I appreciate how she always makes time & gives her full attention when you have a question, complaint or concern. When you email her she responds quickly and opens lines of communication, addresses the issue and follows-up. Although the position can be stressful at times, Abby is well composed and always approachable and professional. Very commendable. This compliment has been over due. "The staff is simply amazing! They are kind, friendly, and always attentive. They were patient with me, even when I was bugging them with a million questions when signing my first lease. They went out of their way to make sure that I felt comfortable. I really love this community as well. I feel safe here in this neighborhood. On top of that, all the amenities that I need are right here! Their maintenance crew fulfills service requests in a timely manner. Overall, Estero Oaks is a great place to live."

"Love living here. I wish I could give you all 10+ Stars. The staff and management here are so kind, attentive and truly appreciate their residents. Abby, our wonderful property manager here is very accessible and on the ball. She has alot of activities for the residents and alerts us to everything. She even followed up with me to make sure we weren't having any more issues. Ky, who is part of the office team is also amazing and on the ball. When my AC was giving trouble, he had the maintenance team there in a few minutes and this was on a Saturday evening. Any problems with your unit is fixed almost immediately. I can't say enough about this place and how happy we are here. It's safe, clean, well maintained, pet friendly and residents friendly. Thank you Abby and Ky and the entire staff and maintenance personnel here at Estero Oaks!!"

They are constantly improving in any way they can and it does not go unnoticed! "I’ve been living here for 7 months now. From my first visit to the office, Ky and Joel have been amazing and very helpful. For example our original unit had some issues right before move in, and they allowed us a few different units to chose from and move into, rather than putting off our move in date. So far the community has been amazing, the complex always has events for residents to come and socialize."
