"This place is the biggest joke I have ever seen! Bianca and Taylor, in the office are immature and incapable, unable to manage the place. They can’t get anybody to live there. The place is sinking. They can’t fix anything. They overcharge for gates, and other amenities that they don’t allow you to use the gates are broke because the building is sinking. There is a sinkhole at the front gate no water pressure they are doing nothing to fix any of this. I would not recommend anybody to live in this apartment complex. People are moving out by the day because it is such a joke and a nightmare. You Definitely do not get the quality of living you pay for!"
"This was so easy! Everything was ready for me my apt is absolutely beautiful the pool is amazing I simply LOVE this complex! These girls have gone above and beyond to make my move in experience smooth easy and I couldn’t be happier that I chose 81 west as my new home!"
"I absolutely love this apartment! The amenities here are top-notch, and I appreciate how well-maintained everything is. The gym is fantastic, and the pool area feels like a resort. Plus, having a dedicated parking spot is a huge convenience. One of the best things about this place is the location. It's so convenient to have grocery stores, restaurants, and parks within walking distance. I've really enjoyed exploring the neighborhood and all it has to offer. The property management team has been great to work with, always responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my decision to call this apartment home. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to live!"
"Bianca was absolutely amazing and helpful with the move in process. The staff here genuinely care about their residents. I was late during the move in process and arrived after hours but Bianca stayed and made sure I was taken care of even though it was a Friday. She made sure all my questions were answered and that all my needs were addressed. The community is very well maintained and my apartment is spacious and clean."
