"It's been home for almost 6 years. They are fixing things up after Hurricane Ian, and are pretty good if you need repairs. Just 1 thing. My floor is sinking in my BR. Everything else is fine. We do not have central air nor gutters."

"I have lived in Florida all my life, from Fort myers, to Tampa and Orlando. Never have I been treated so nicely by a Property Manager Nugent, he clear cares about the property and it's residents. He was very patient with me as I got my paperwork together. He answered all of my questions in detail. The first two weeks I lived here, there was a major storm late at night, past nine o'clock. Nugent was out in the storm in a rain jacket checking to make sure the outside sensory lights of the building were working correctly. He knows every resident by name, and is super nice to my dog when we are out for walks. He walks the grounds daily, always smiling and saying hello. Nugent is really great, and I;m super excited to call Lost Tree Apartments, my home. :) Kaitlin B"

"15125 apt 5, I just want to say I am so glad that I did not move in to this community. I was in the process of moving in, waited a whole month because they said that they were remodeling which its only a 288 square feet studio. I was supposed to move in yesterday the 31st and luckily I went to see the place the night before on the 30th. I took all these pictures and this was the night before I was supposed to move in unfortunately I wasn't able to take a picture of the molding inside the fridge that they were going to keep in the unit for me and just clean it out. I have a video which it won't let me post. After a long stressful day of work I came to this and I messaged the landlord to let her know that I was extremely unhappy and disgusted by what I had just Witness. You would think that a place that you would be moving into the next day that they would have it completely ready and mind you I got there at 7 p.m. and could not breathe when I walked in. I told her I wanted my deposit back and she responded in the morning stating that they had cleaned everything and fixed everything at 11 p.m. at night. I text her back and told her that I would need that fridge with the mold removed and for the unit to be inspected for black mold before I would ever think of moving in. An hour later she told me that I needed to come get my deposit because unfortunately the unit had gotten a major water leak and that the kitchen ceiling has caved in. Thank God I did not sign that lease and I made my inspections before moving in. I would NOT recommend moving into this community. I should have read the previous comments about the black mold but you would think that they would look into that since they had such bad reviews.. apparently not! BLACK MOLD BEWARE!"
