"The leasing office especially Hannah are wonderful and are incredibly responsive to emails. I moved in March 2023 and Move in was as stress free as a move in can be expected to be. Rental prices compared to the rest of Fort Myers are reasonable. The resident events are a nice bonus and a great way to meet other residents. The maintenance staff is usually responsive when I have needed something though I wish the emergency service was a bit quicker. The only complaint is that the pool has needed to be serviced and therefore closed quite frequently for a new complex, and sometimes the gym treadmills don’t work."

"I really enjoyed living here. It was not just the amenities but the sense of community that got established here. When Marcela worked here, she got me into a great apartment, and Tasha was always a pleasure to work with. I liked seeing all my friends every week at the pool. A sense of community is hard to find in other apartment complexes. The monthly events helped, but it also helped that we were not too far from the beach, karaoke and other shared interests. Many of the neighbors are still friends even after leaving the complex."

"We have lived here for 5 months and absolutely love it. The beautiful well kept property has many amenities that we enjoy. The clubhouse offers a great place where residents routinely sit and socialize with each other and has a coffee machine that makes great coffee. The gym is fully equipped with a Peleton bike and everything else one needs to get a great workout in. The beautiful heated pool has three cabanas, two grills and an area to hang out and play corn hole, ping pong and more. There two other stations with grills around the lake and opposite the clubhouse is a newly renovated Bark Park. However, my absolute favorite part about living here is the staff. The maintenance staff is extremely quick with fixing any problems in the community as soon as they are discovered and any requests for maintenance in our unit are fixed typically on the same day we submit the request or the very next day at the latest. The office staff is friendly and listens to any feedback provided from residents and address any issues immediately. They also host events at least once a month sometimes more, that bring the community together."

"By far the best apartment complex in the area. Staff and facilities are amazing. You really do get a resort style feel here with all the amenities. The apartments are beautiful and people are friendly. Also very pet friendly. So happy we got a unit here."
