"They shouldn't be allowed to call these luxury apartments. Bad management and even worse maintenance. Management will ignore your emails or take days to respond. Several safety hazards present. The apartment was clearly "Refurbished" by the lowest bid worker. They can respond saying they care but the reality is if you have issues they will not correct it professionally. They will patch it with hack work or they will just tell you it's fine when it is not. They had their chance to correct these issues and they were blown off. Like I said, they will respond on here as if they care but they won't make proper repairs. Loose and burned electrical outlets. None of the doors inside close properly from worn hinges and missing screws. The water heater is extremely old and rusted and will begin to leak any day now. It was time to replace it 5 years ago. The A/C is so old, loud, and inefficient. It hesitates to engage. It was time to replace it 5 years ago. Old and inefficient A/C in FL means extremely high electrical bills. There is hardly landscaping. It's just dirt around the apartment. White overspray from painting the walls on everything - sinks, countertops, mirrors. It's on EVERYTHING. The dryer outlet is not up to code. This should have been replaced decades ago. Whoever installed the flooring didn't install it correctly. Gaps in flooring and misaligned, some areas peeling up upon move in. Gunk all over the floors upon move in. Entire apartment dirty upon move in. Mold and/or mildew throughout the apartment covered with white paint. Faucet handles loose. There's much more. If you move in here you can find out. Just know that you will not be taken care of. The problems that you move in with will be with you for the length of your lease. Keep in mind these issues did not arise after move in. They rented this place out knowing about all of these issues. Merry Christmas Cheap-skates. Treat tenants better instead of saving a buck at every turn."

"I initially moved moved to Fort Myers for a job opportunity, and had to make a move rather quickly. The initial Condo I was going to sign a lease for, wasn't, let's say, "As Advertised" to put it nicely. So here I am, in a new town and wondering where I'm going to stay.... Anyway... when she walked up and smiled, before she even said hello, she had me feeling like this was going to be my new home.
