"This place looks nice but looks our deceiving. We loved it there and it had its issues but when the HOA that you pay dues for to be in can't help you something is wrong there. We have a special needs son that loves to help his neighbors out. But unfortunately we got stabbed in the back cause you have 25 people who our so miserable that they all got together with the help of the HOA and our son was kicked out and eventually we sold our house there cause no one on the board would help us out. In fact we went somewhere else and my mistake was telling a few neighbors who I thought were concerned and our son got kicked out of that place. If you do not believe me that is your right. But be forewarned. I would not trust anyone there and watch your back."

"This park is a nice area and has some really good people living there. Only giving the 3 star rating because alot of people are nosey and will report you to the office for simple things. Stuff as simple as washing your vehicle outside in the driveway. It is a high maintenance park, but something as simple as washing a vehicle should be okay and from my understanding it's not."

"Hello everyone..well where to start... Sound Town & country online. Found plenty of mobile homes for sale. We dealt with Sherry the office manager of the park. What a wonderful wonderful person. Help us with everything we needed to do on buying our home in the park. Rickert properties are well-kept communities. My wife and I are very happy with our house we love the park. Met a lot of nice people already. The pool area is gorgeous. Everything is well taken care of in the park. And John and his helper that take care of the park or very nice people to a great job. "My parents live here and we went to visit them for the time this summer. It's a really cute over 55 community. They have a small pool, which needs to be cleaned a little more often, shuffle board, and a nice clubhouse. I also like that it's a gated community."
